Every organization is running AI experiments. The challenge is not accessing AWS AI services. Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend, Rekognition, and the rest of the AWS AI portfolio are available to any AWS account. The challenge is designing the data architecture that gives models something reliable to work with, building the governance framework that makes AI deployment safe in regulated environments, and creating the MLOps infrastructure that keeps models performing in production after deployment.
As an AWS AI Services Competency holder, Futran has demonstrated production-grade delivery of AI workloads on AWS, with validated case studies reviewed by AWS. We do not demonstrate theoretical knowledge of these platforms. We have built production AI systems for insurance claims automation, financial document intelligence, healthcare data processing, and AI-assisted operations. The 40 percent productivity improvement and 5x faster decision cycles documented in our deployments are outcomes from production systems, not pilots.
The most expensive AI mistake an organization can make is building for the wrong use case. We begin every AI engagement with a structured discovery process that evaluates your highest-value AI opportunities against data readiness, technical feasibility, and expected business return. The output is a prioritized AI roadmap that sequences use cases by their combination of business impact and implementation confidence, so your first production AI deployment is one where success is probable rather than aspirational.
Amazon Bedrock gives enterprises access to foundation models from Anthropic, Amazon, Mistral, Meta, and other leading providers through a single API, within your AWS security boundary and without the need to manage model infrastructure. We design and deploy Bedrock-based applications for document intelligence, conversational AI, content generation, and retrieval-augmented generation, implementing the model selection, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks that determine whether your Bedrock deployment delivers consistent, reliable output in production.
When your organization needs AI models trained on proprietary data with specific performance characteristics that foundation models cannot meet, Amazon SageMaker provides the complete machine learning platform to build, train, and deploy custom models. We implement SageMaker pipelines for model training, hyperparameter optimization, model registry management, and real-time and batch inference endpoints. For insurance, financial services, and healthcare clients with domain-specific AI requirements, custom ML using SageMaker frequently delivers higher accuracy and lower operational cost than deploying general-purpose foundation models.
Generative AI becomes significantly more reliable and useful when it is grounded in your organization’s specific knowledge rather than general training data. We build RAG architectures that connect foundation models to your internal documents, knowledge bases, structured data, and operational records using vector databases including Amazon OpenSearch Serverless and purpose-built knowledge graph architectures. Our RAG implementations are designed for the accuracy and citation requirements of regulated industries where the source of an AI-generated answer matters as much as the answer itself.
AI agents that can take multi-step actions, use tools, make decisions, and operate autonomously within defined boundaries represent the current frontier of enterprise AI value creation. We design and build agentic AI systems using Amazon Bedrock Agents and AWS Step Functions orchestration that automate complex workflows previously requiring human judgment at every step. For insurance organizations, agentic AI handles claims triage and initial processing. For financial services clients, it manages document review and compliance checking. For healthcare organizations, it accelerates clinical data routing and administrative processing.
Organizations in financial services, insurance, and healthcare process enormous volumes of documents whose content currently requires manual review. AWS Textract for text and data extraction, Amazon Comprehend for entity recognition and classification, and Amazon Rekognition for image and video analysis provide the building blocks for document intelligence systems that process forms, contracts, medical records, claim documents, and compliance filings automatically. We have built production document intelligence systems across all three of our primary industries, and our proprietary AI products including Document AI, Damage Detect, and VerifyX reflect this accumulated delivery expertise.
These solutions are available through the AWS Marketplace for organizations with committed AWS spend. EDP-qualified organizations can access Damage Detect, Document AI, Smart Claims, ACORDVision AI, VerifyX, and DemandXpert directly through existing AWS budget commitments without a separate procurement process.

An AI model that performs well at deployment often degrades over time as the real-world data distribution it encounters diverges from its training data. We implement MLOps frameworks using SageMaker Model Monitor, automated retraining pipelines, model performance dashboards, and deployment governance that keep your AI systems performing reliably in production. This is the capability that separates organizations where AI delivers sustained value from those where initial results are strong but performance erodes within months.
Deploying AI in regulated environments without a governance framework is a compliance and reputational risk. We implement responsible AI frameworks that include explainability mechanisms for model outputs, bias monitoring, access controls on model endpoints and training data, data residency compliance for organizations with regulatory requirements on where AI processing occurs, and audit trail generation for AI-assisted decisions that require regulatory documentation. Our governance frameworks are built to the standards of financial services, insurance, and healthcare regulators, not to a generic AI ethics checklist.
Credentials in the AWS partner ecosystem are not simply awarded. They require validated delivery capability, certified personnel, and demonstrated client outcomes reviewed by AWS. Here is what each of our designations means for an organization evaluating an AWS partner.
Request an AI Readiness Assessment
We evaluate your data foundation, current AWS environment, and specific AI opportunities against production readiness criteria. We tell you what your highest-value AI use case is, what data and infrastructure changes are needed, and what production deployment will realistically require. Four weeks. No obligation.

Bedrock is appropriate when a foundation model can meet your accuracy requirements using your existing data as context, when time-to-deployment is a priority, and when you want to avoid the data and compute investment of training a custom model. Custom SageMaker models are appropriate when you have proprietary data that foundation models have not been trained on, when the performance bar is higher than foundation models with RAG can achieve, or when you need precise control over model behavior for regulatory compliance reasons. Most production AI programs use a combination: Bedrock for generative and conversational tasks, SageMaker for predictive and classification tasks trained on proprietary data.
Reliability in production AI comes from three practices applied together: grounding models in verified data sources through RAG architecture rather than letting them rely on general training knowledge, implementing output validation and confidence thresholds that prevent uncertain model outputs from reaching downstream processes without human review, and monitoring model performance continuously so that accuracy degradation is detected and addressed before it affects business outcomes. We design these practices into every production AI system we deliver.
The gap between a working pilot and a production AI system is primarily governance, integration, and operational infrastructure rather than AI capability. Production requires: data pipelines that maintain the quality and freshness that the model depends on, security controls that protect model endpoints and training data, integration with the operational systems that consume AI outputs, monitoring that detects model drift, and organizational change management that builds confidence among the users whose workflows the AI affects. We have moved AI systems from pilot to production in financial services, insurance, and healthcare environments, and we bring that specific experience to every engagement.
