Running AWS at enterprise scale is not a set-and-forget exercise. Environments grow. Costs creep. Security posture drifts. AI workloads demand infrastructure discipline that reactive support models cannot provide. As a validated AWS Managed Service Provider, Futran operates your AWS environment to the standard your business requires, with 24×7 operations, structured FinOps, continuous compliance monitoring, and AI-augmented operations built into every engagement.
We design and operate secure multi-account AWS environments with standardized landing zones, automated guardrails through AWS Control Tower, least-privilege IAM architecture, Transit Gateway networking baselines, and centralized logging via CloudTrail and GuardDuty. Every environment we provision follows a repeatable governance model so that security and compliance controls are embedded from the first resource, not added after the fact.
Our operations team monitors your AWS environment continuously, correlating alerts across services, prioritizing incidents by business impact, and escalating through defined workflows backed by SRE-led response. We maintain on-call coverage, conduct formal root cause analysis for every significant incident, and commit to SLA-driven response times that are written into the engagement contract, not estimated informally.
We implement standardized runbooks, ITIL-aligned change and problem management processes, risk-based change governance, and regular operational health reviews. Every infrastructure change is assessed, approved, and tracked so your leadership team has an auditable record of every modification to your environment. This operational discipline is a formal requirement of the AWS MSP program and a direct input to your audit readiness posture.
We manage OS and middleware patching through coordinated scheduling that minimizes production risk, implement automated backup policies aligned to your recovery requirements, and run regular restore validation tests to confirm that backup integrity is real rather than assumed. Patch compliance and backup success rates are reported monthly as part of your service performance review.
We define recovery time and recovery point objectives for each workload tier, architect multi-region or multi-AZ resilience appropriate to each criticality level, and run scheduled failover tests on a cadence your business continuity program requires. DR for enterprise AWS environments is a managed, tested capability in our model, not a design document that was written once and never validated.
Continuous threat monitoring using GuardDuty, Security Hub, and Amazon Detective, combined with vulnerability management, identity governance reviews, and cloud security posture monitoring, gives your organization the security operations layer that most internal teams cannot staff at the depth cloud environments require. When security incidents occur, our team coordinates response and delivers documented findings within agreed SLAs.
We embed continuous compliance monitoring into your AWS environment using AWS Config, Security Hub, and policy-as-code frameworks, collecting evidence automatically and maintaining audit-ready reporting for ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI DSS as applicable to your regulatory obligations. Compliance in our model is a continuous operational output, not a point-in-time audit preparation exercise.
Structured FinOps is a core pillar of our MSP practice, not an optional report. We deliver cost visibility dashboards, monthly rightsizing reviews, Reserved Instance and Savings Plan commitment strategies, budget governance with anomaly detection, and chargeback or showback models for organizations that need cost accountability across business units. The 35 percent average cost reduction our clients see in the first 90 days reflects this discipline applied consistently.
We standardize observability across your AWS workloads with centralized logging, metrics aggregation, operational dashboards, and SLA-based reporting delivered in monthly service reviews. Your leadership team has complete visibility into how the environment is performing against contracted commitments, and your engineering teams have the operational data they need to make architecture decisions with confidence.
We operate an automation-first model using infrastructure as code, standardized provisioning templates, and policy-as-code enforcement that reduces manual operational overhead and improves consistency across your environment. Where AI-augmented operations add value, including anomaly detection, predictive scaling, and intelligent incident triage through AWS AIOps capabilities, we integrate these capabilities into the operational baseline to reduce noise, accelerate response, and shift your operations posture from reactive to proactive.
Enterprise AWS environments rarely exist in isolation. We operate AWS within hybrid and multi-cloud estates, ensuring consistent governance, unified operational tooling, policy alignment across environments, and managed connectivity between your on-premises infrastructure and AWS. For organizations that also run Microsoft Azure, we bring a single delivery team that maintains operational standards across both platforms without creating handoff gaps between specialist teams.
AWS Managed Service Provider status is validated through a rigorous third-party audit that assesses technical architecture, security practices, operational processes, and customer outcome evidence. Fewer than 150 firms globally hold this designation. When you engage Futran as your MSP, you are engaging a firm whose operating model has been independently reviewed to enterprise standard. Your account team holds active AWS certifications, your environment is operated under formal SLAs, and your monthly service reviews give your leadership team the performance visibility that managed services should always provide.
Our AI delivery hub provides the engineering depth to staff and sustain 24×7 operations without the capacity constraints that smaller MSPs encounter. As AI workloads become a standard part of enterprise AWS environments, our operations practice is built to support them, not to treat them as a special engagement.
Credentials in the AWS partner ecosystem are not simply awarded. They require validated delivery capability, certified personnel, and demonstrated client outcomes reviewed by AWS. Here is what each of our designations means for an organization evaluating an AWS partner.
Our managed services programs are structured across three tiers to match your operational maturity and environment size. Pricing is scoped to your specific workload count and platform coverage – there is no standard rate card because no two environments are identical. Request a consultation to receive a configuration-specific quote. For organizations with committed AWS spend, our services are also available to procure through the AWS Marketplace.

An AWS Managed Service Provider is validated through a formal third-party audit covering technical capability, security practices, operational processes, and customer outcomes. A standard consulting partner has no equivalent operational validation. The MSP designation means Futran's operating model has been reviewed against AWS enterprise standards, not self-certified.
We use AWS-native AI and AIOps capabilities including Amazon DevOps Guru, CloudWatch anomaly detection, and Security Hub intelligent findings to augment the operational baseline. AI in our MSP model handles noise reduction, predictive alerting, and intelligent incident correlation, freeing our SREs to focus on the issues that require human judgment. This is not a separate AI add-on. It is built into how we operate every environment.
SLAs are defined contractually for each engagement based on the criticality tiers of your workloads. Standard commitments include response time to P1 incidents of under 15 minutes, a 99.9 percent availability target for production environments, and monthly reporting against all contracted service levels. We do not offer SLA estimates. We write them into the engagement terms and are accountable to them.
Yes. Our onboarding process includes a structured environment assessment that maps your current state against our operational standards, identifies gaps, and produces a 30-day transition plan. We take over operations in phases to avoid disruption, with a defined period of parallel operation before full handover is complete.
